If Evans confessions are genuine and he was truly hitting it this high, then you should know that he had access to the top echelons of the society - meaning he has high-level connection to know who's worth $1m or even $100,000 in Nigeria and how best to kidnap them.

Now, for anyone who can afford $1million for ransom, you think the person's car, home and security will not be top-notch? Bullet proof car, 24/7 security and all.

Given Evans' connection, you think his Oga At The Top would have allowed him to be arrested knowing the implication of such on their reputation?
