if yhubave the andriod 7.0 update file through system update, yhu can go to gionee office so after they flash the Nigeria rom to ityhu can go to system update nd chooose local file package andinstall the 7.0 update to iti think that should stop the deduction but currently am just using mah gionee for browsing with subscription and i have another phone am using for calling
