I have been a bit curious of late. Various windows apps like MS Office, Adobe Reader, Adobe CS4/CC, Team Viewer and so on are all free online, if you know how to push the right buttons.

Also operating systems like Win XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10 and Apple OS are all available online and also on CDs.

With all this going on, even those who have the money to purchase this apps still prefer to follow the backdoor since that's whats trending.

My question now is that; is there any regulating agencies(especially here in Nigeria) that has been setup to counter software piracy?

Not sure if there is any agency, but a professional administrator would not want to get his apps from an unverified source.

That could land the whole organization in trouble, most of those pirated or hacked app could be injected with trojans and also sorts of RAT tools.

So beware!!!

For big corporations and individuals who are using it for business and to make profit,its okay.
But for an average user buying an antivirus or O.S or other software for N10k in this country, doesn't make sense.
Not to talk of the fact that a new version will soon be out at least in a year, and you have to get the new version
