Nyakim Gatwech the 24 year old Sudanese super model that is best known as Queen of of the Dark.

In a series of post on Instagram the model revealed how an Uber driver offered her £10,000 to have her skin bleached. To which she laughed and responded: ‘Why on earth would I ever bleach this beautiful melanin?’

Gatwech is proud of her dark skin and reminds other to keep celebrating their dark skin.

Her powerful motivational messages about her deeply-pigmented skin alongside some recently shared photos has gone on to encourage many people around the world.

She reminds black girls that ‘you are beautiful, just different and unique’, and that everyone ‘should be proud of your heritage regardless of how light or dark your skin .
