When the law enforcers are caught on the wrong side of the law, the question is who will enforce it?. This is the common state of things in Nigeria today. The OFFICERS are the OFFENDERS. Oga officer, we all understand it is always hard to get a parking space most times in Lagos but this is not the best place to do this.
