Imrana Alhaji Buba is the founder of the Youth Coalition Against Terrorism and a Generation Change Fellow of the United States Institute of Peace. His work is centered on weakening the appeal of violent extremism through peace education programs. Owing to his peace building work, Imrana won the 2016 Queen’s Young Leaders Award. He holds Bsc in Political Science (First Class) from the University of Maiduguri, Nigeria. Imrana plans to establish chapters of his organization across the 36 states of Nigeria. #YALI2017
