It's best you incorporate the electrical running of your home during the wiring stage with respect to you going solar. So you can have a different DB (with loads you plan on running on inverter) and other DBs separate which will handle heavy loads you don't plan on running on your solar setup. You can always power this DB directly if the solar project is not yet ready.

With conduit wiring, once the piping is done, it becomes more work to start breaking up the walls to run additional pipes or even scatter the aesthetics of the house by running surface wiring.

Also the roof design should also be convenient (if you plan on mounting panels on the roof) or give adequate space for ground mount (eg carport shade mounting etc)

It saves a lot of headache when you consider all these in the building stage than after.

Already mounted a 300L solar water heater on the roof so hot water needs are covered.

The dream is to be able to run 5 to 6ACs 24/7 if possible - the limiting factor is overnight battery capacity.

Okay If all loads must be powered on simultaneously , it's best you select 30kva from pricelist above ! If your loads will be intermittently powered , opt in for 20kva !!

I disagree. In series, No. In parallel, possible. Depends on how dissimilar. In this case, the answer is yes, you can. Flooded batteries are particularly very tolerant. All you may need to do is to keep an eye on the water levels.
