It was reveal that she foolishly call and gave her account details after an SMS was send to her that" her BVN name does not match with her account Name so her ATM and her account is block. she should call this number to reactivate." She Mumushly gave her ATM PIN, The long digits printed on the ATM Card (usually a 16 digit number). Thats how she lost 300k.
PLEASE dont be a mumu and gave your details on phone. Banks will always tell you to visit their nearest branch to solve issues. Dont be a mumu like my cousin sister who called and gave them her ATM details were they wipe her account; her only N4000, this happen just last week ago.
