Chelsea have launched a shock move for Crystal Palace star, Christian Benteke. Christian Benteke The Premier League champions set their eyes on Benteke after their top target Romelu Lukaku was sold to Manchester United on Thursday in a £75 million deal. Benteke joined Palace the previous summer, arriving from Liverpool for £27m. The Belgium global showed up, sacking 15 objectives en route. Benteke is appreciated by Blues supervisor Antonio Conte, who is sharp in fortifying his forward options as Diego Costa appears to be sure to leave Stamford Bridge. The Telegraph reports that he has communicated enthusiasm for marking Benteke, who still has three years left to keep running on his Palace contract.
