This executive Vs senate palaver makes me wonder if the executive is APC, while the senate is PDP.. How can there be too much bickering within the same party? This is what you get when birds of different fellows flock together for individual reasons.

The judiciary instead of giving clear interpretations of judgements, will leave us more confused and divided than we approached it.

In a sane country, on Magu's issue, the executive and legislature ought to present their case before the Supreme Court for interpretation. On receiving judgement, the section 171 of the constitution will thus be amended.
But no, everyone of them likes it as it is, so they can continue the power tussle as it suits them.

In the event that PMB is confirmed incapacitated, NASS will impeach Osibanjo within 10 seconds. There's nothing anybody can do about it, except Osibanjo calls on his God and his God answers him.


Best bet for Osibanjo if he wants to complete his term, visit all the former heads of State, all 1966 actors that are still alive. Assure them that you won't contest In 2019. That's all he needs to silent Saraki.

Would the Supreme court(Judiciary), wait for the executive and legislative arms of government come to them, before they can unravel the knotty part of the constitution?
It's a national issue that has thrown the country to unnecessary debate over the right perspective to the issue. Hence,they need to speak up!
