The Outsourcing Manager will be assigned the following primary responsibilities:
• To actively participate in outsourcing business planning and strategically managing all outsourced staff
• Support the recruitment and promotion process for the outsourced staff including training and development
• Maintain competitive compensation and benefits practices and ensure timely resolution of queries
• Ensure compliance with government, regulatory and ethical requirements in line with corporate ethics and compliance in outsourcing industry
• Responsible for managing all the outsourced projects and creation of proposal request
• In conjunction with HR Manager, ensure all outsourced staff work in line with company policy and procedure
