My colleague asked the minister of budget & national planning this question at a meeting but didn't get a convincing answer. So, I want to ask it here...
The sum of NGN76.2bn was approved for the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) in the Approved 2017 FGN budget.
The question is, what is the Office of the National Security Adviser doing with a budget of NGN76.2bn?
