A man has lost two wives and six children (family of eight) in flash floods that occurred as a result of heavy downpour in some localities around Suleija, a Niger State neighbourhood bordering the nation's capital. According to reports, over ten persons are presumed dead by residents who were washed off by the surging floods even as they seek the intervention of emergency services.

A Cleric was also pictured praying for one of the recovered body of Sa'adu Abubakar's wife who died in floods that washed off humans and houses.

The coffee shop owner lost two wives and six children in the disastrous flooding that begun on Saturday night and lasted for over ten hours while also leaving him homeless.

Families and members of the community are out on search for the remaining dead bodies while others are out here commiserating with the believed family man.

Residents told TVC News crew that the disaster seemed to have been waiting in watch as several persons violated urban development plans and misusing drainage channels.

If I could see this man, I'd beg him in all, not to sin against God.
He should be steadfast just like Job.

This is only a test to see if he will remain faithful to God or curse God

He will eventually recover all he has lost.
