Chelsea football club is on the verge of finalising the transfer of Tiemoue Bakayoko from Ligue 1 side-AS Monaco after the Frenchman was spotted earlier today boarding a private jet en route to London.

Pictured posing in front of the soon to be departed Jet, Bakayoko is expected to have his medicals at the club’s training centre and thereafter sign a 5-year deal.

The reigning Premier League champions are expected to cough out £35million for the 22-year old midfielder after the tall Frenchman ignored Manchester United’s late attempt to hijack his transfer to Chelsea.

This summer, the London Blues have only signed two players as Willy Caballero joined from Manchester City on a free transfer while Antonio Rudiger signed a 5-year deal after the Blues agreed on transfer fee worth £34.5million for the German international.

In addition, we understand that the Premier League champions are also keen on wrapping the transfer of Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid in a deal that could cost about £70million for the 24-year old Spanish international.

Chelsea’s revenue from player’s sales in 2017 has reached £128million and the club is still expected to sanction the sale of Diego Costa who has been declared unwanted by his club manager-Antonio Conte.

The team jets off to China for their participation in the annual International Champions Cup pre-season tournament where they have been scheduled to take on Arsenal, Bayern Munich and Juventus.
