* Faded paints
*leakage

*mounding

When it faces any of these insightful challenges, most building owners thinks of possible solution. But because there is virtually no remedy in Nigeria, except to replace it, owners remains reluctant, while enduring the insightful results.

The cost of replacing it is high. However, a faded roof would need its paint restored. But such handicraft is obviously scantily available.

Smartly approach the owner, and discuss the opportunity.

Once you secure a contract, you are entitled to 5-15% commission. Depending on the size of the project.
