GOOD LOOKING ACTORS/MODELS/ARTISTES FOR A CREATIVE PHOTO & VIDEO SHOOT

REQUIREMENTS

You are required to come with the following items:

1. A well fitted corporate wear (no strip shirts or blouse, no white cloth)

2. A nice fitted casual wear (Jean or Fitted trousers & nice top or T-shirt is ok. It must not be strip or white)

3. Nice fitted shoe, canvas or snickers
4. Your makeup kit (as fallback)
5. Hair shld not be rough & not braided
6. Come with wigs if you have them
7. Come with your jewelly
8. Come with a swim suite (18+ only)
9. Nice fitted shorts & spaghetti top

10. Make sure the clothing is neat well fitted

11. Note that you will be required to pose for a photo & video shoots. You may also be interviewed during the video shoot.

12. You will be required to sign our Artiste release. If a minor (below 18), kindly send your email addeess to: moonplaytv@gmail.com

The form will be sent to the email address you provided which you shuld print and give to your parent or guardian to sign. You should return the form upon request before you will be allowed to take part in the photo/movie shoot.
