Good evening, please this picture was taken of my friend's anus, the case was observed a few days ago. He is really scared now. Medical practitioners in the house, is there a cause for alarm? What type of sickness is this? Is there a cure, are there home or natural remedies. Please your professional insight and advice is needed. Thanks

IF HE CAN, let d dude, use his first morning urine to rinse the area, and let him have a bit more soaked or rather damped on a cloth or any material that can absorb, then placed over it whenever he can, action should repeated often. FURTHERMORE, IF HE CAN, let him drink out of his own morning urine and subsequent ones, this should eliminate from the source all the wrongs. For clarity, it's urine therapy, most people argue against it,saying it's against common reasoning, but I bet u, people ave succumbed to it, in their dying times and are now a believer of the therapy.
