From the video, it is obvious that driver was attempting to forcefully drive away with the woman officer inside the car instead of parking his car. She did what every woman in danger would by grabbing at the gear lever, steering or hold him by his neck.
The male officer had to come to the aid of his colleague by smashing the windscreen to probably stop the driver from escaping with her.

Try that with Nigeria Police and accidental discharge will be your case.
But the FRSC personnel should also learn to courteous when dealing with drivers.

There are cases of FRSC being knocked down by wicked drivers especially those from the Core North who will never stop for FRSC on patrol.

This is the most stupid thing I have ever read, if the police officer was really trying to help his colleague he could have started his car too and ready for a chase, I don't think Kidnap was the reason why he behaved that way, I think he and the lady officer were just trying to be mean, if I have this case in court I will win it in one hearing.

The driver was asked to stop. He stopped, and the female officer went inside the car to apprehend him and prolly escort him to the station. Suddenly, he started driving away in a bid to kidnap her. This resulted in the other officers damaging the screen.


Try this in USA, you'd receive a bullet from an officer.

Nigeria is a lawless country try it in Cotonu.

These officers just take laws into their hands and behave without caution because of the way the country is. They don't act professionally at all. What is the purpose of the stationed FRSC vehicle parked at the checking point. Can't they alert their nearest point/location for this? Of course, the vehicle was never stopped for genuine reason - it was for selfish reason of enriching their purse which is the order of the day in most, if not all, of their points. In my area, they even work in the rain and as early as you can think - just to exploit motorists without checking the vehicle at all except for the stubborn drivers that refuse to offer anything.

Why won't they act that way when they keep taking hot agbo every morning before patrol. The foolish woman has no right whatsoever to enter an offender's vehicle, form the video you can see the driver wasn't speeding so why didn't the patrol vehicle block him?
