Kaduna Airport has been upgraded, Ethiopian Airline now flies there thrice a week. Kano is building an economic city, Kebbi is undergoing agricultural transformation etc. The North went through Boko Haram insurgency, picked up itself and is gradually undergoing a renaissance. Some people fought a civil war over 50 years ago and they still use it as an alibi for their underdevelopment...may every ideeeot on Nairaland who only comes here to type stupid ethnoreligious bigotry receive sense today. I don't know why Tony Blair is visiting, but one thing for sure something is up. And it is not good for the common folks. Mr. Blair has showed time and time again he shouldn'ts be trusted. I hope the Northerns leaders are wise enough not to abide with him no matter what he comes up with
