The land is demarcated (fenced) on the right and at the back. It is a 60ft wide and 240ft long piece of land, (2 plots). There's an uncompleted sugar factory and a very big farm (snail farm, fish pond, poultry etc) directly beside the land.
The farm generates its own power (electricity) from the poultry waste. It is that big!

It is located in Ewekoro, off Lagos - Abeokuta express way, Ogun state.

At the roundabout before the lafarge cement factory (coming from Lagos), there is a tarred road by the right side. The land is on that road and it is about 3km to 4km to the roundabout.

The only document I have for the land is receipt. You will need to do a deed with the family that sold the land to me for proper transfer of ownership, or I do the deed with them and do a transfer to you. You will also need to do other documents like survey, etc.

The land can be used for commercial purposes; farm, poultry (there is a big farm beside it) hotels, trailer park, trailer repair workshop, investment (buy and resell).
