After restoring my phone to factory setting,my phone no longer show incoming calls,it rings at the caller end but not at my end, how do I resolve?

Good morning bro. My M5mini screen got broken, I bought another screen but each and everytime the phone is in 2g network it will keep pressing itself all around, it is usualy worst when call came in on a 2G Sim but when it is 3G it always act normal. My friend advised me 2 get another touch pad, same problem. That screen got broken and I bought another one but it is the same problem, I even tried to change down board "I mean charging board. I've upgraded it to 6.0 and dowgraded it to 5.1 yet same issue.

I've read about it online, what could be the problem.

mine stoped when i change d screen, network board and i flashed it at gionee care. i can't tell which one is the cause because then my charging port is faulty screen is bad . so after i change screen d freezing is not much like before that it operate itself. so i change d charging port and flash it at gionee
