Pete Edochie’s son, Yul, announces plan to contest in Anambra guber election

Nollywood actor , Yul Edochie , has declared his intention to contest in the 2017 governorship election in Anambra state .


The 34- year- old announced his intention to run for Anambra on his Instagram page on Friday , but did not indicate the political party he would be running on .

Yul, who is the son of veteran actor Pete Edochie , shared his campaign poster.

He studied Dramatic Arts at University of Port Harcourt , and he is the last of six children . He got married at the age of 22.

Yul wrote, “ My name is Yul Edochie . And I’ m running for Governor of Anambra State . 2017.

“ We need a new brand of Leaders who will put the masses first. The older ones have failed us for too long…

“ They have come to THE LAST BUS STOP!!!”
