I am one of those clients from the state Post-Primary Education Board, Benin City, under the PAL pension scheme. I recently joined in March this year and I got a registration certificate from PAL stating my login details. But to my greatest surprise, as I logged in with these details, the platform tagged it incorrect username or password. I am confused because even as I clicked on the forgot your password link, it showed that my email address isn't in their database! Please what do I do?
