Someone should pls tell lair Muhammed to stop creating unnecessary and meaningless distractions from Buhari and tell us which law he and his useless APC will rely on in prosecuting Nigerian artistes that go abroad to shoot music videos?

Lai Mohammed and the federal government are just grasping at straws. For a government that have failed monumentally, it's only normal for them to look for something that will make it seem like they're working without realizing that they're compounding their woes.

Nobody reasons in this APC regime because if they do, i don't understand how you will say someone should not shoot movies and music video outside Nigeria without realizing that there are themes that will require for videos to be shot outside Nigeria. Even if for whatever reason they don't want to shoot in NIgeria, it's not anyone's business.

I just can't understand lai anymore.

I know he is a shameless pathological liar but this last comment of his makes me to believe he is actually insane.

See these guys, you do not und this Govt

Now everybody is saying where is Buhari?
They will craft out a diversion.

He said this on purpose, whenever there is a shout of where is buhari, they will come up with 1!

Soon, the premier league will soon start.
Do not be surprised when he tells you,Shakhtar Donetsk is more successful than Real Madrid, based on trophies and the FG is trying to host Cristiano Ronaldo whose Origin is from Kwara through his great grand maternal mother.

These people are pernicious liars, lying liars, thieves who worship death. One diversion after another, focus on governamce,no.
Security,no

Tell me the difference this nation has made?
Is corruption reduced?

I can go on and on,just do not follow their diversionary tactics.

OP, govt does not operate by law only.

There is what we call Government Policy.

Meaning; erring artistes may not be prosecuted, but their songs may be banned on-air.

As you know, the NBC regulates these things, so if a memo is sent out to all radio and TV stations never to (as priority) air songs produced outside, that's all.

Lai Muhammed and his unending dramas are all unfortunate credentials of Buhari's unmitigated failure.

A government that worries over musicians shooting videos in foreign countries when the man conveying the message is wearing a foreign shoe.

Buhari should be brought back and treated in Ogbomoso

Sanctions and prosecutions are two very different things.

The aim of prosecution is to get a criminal conviction that may result in a jail term or fine or both. But it still remains a felony conviction.

A sanction on the other hand (which you are inferring) does not require or equate to a criminal conviction.

So when lai said "prosecute" that means he is stating he will drag artistes who float his ban to criminal courts.

The question I am asking is from which law will he seek his conviction for erring artistes that float his own ban?

A member of the executive has no powers to enact new criminal laws without the lower chamber of the national assembly
