Na...its far from that. Some kids flew into 100lvl from ss2, that is after skipping primary 6 for Jss1 o.
The university is another Universe of its own, and they're not mentally ready for it, so you see em' making all sort of mistakes here and putting up different childish actions.

E get one babe for my class, u no fit go approach am say make she teach you something o... She dey look the whole thing like contest, like if she teach u, u go carry 1st, while she carry 2nd for class.. angry
