1. Those who put him there: they want things to get hot so that Buhari is forced to resign and they can assume power as planned. Unfortunately, they don't have SP and SHR so while they have some cards they don't hold the ace. Yet. 2. Those who want Osinbajo to be president: Some actually voted the duo of Buhari and Osinbajo more for the latter than the former. Some out of ethnic sentiments and some simply out of perceived capacity. They are frustrated by the hanging on to power of Buhari. 3.
