Anyone actively using Windows 7? Whats the verdict? Thinking of upgrading from Vista which was a nightmare for me! Are the new changes/improvements (if any) worth it? Thanks D |

I upgraded from windows home premium to windows 7 ultimate. I've had no regrets. |

@poster the ish is that it takes quite a long time to upgrade from windows Vista to Windows 7 but its worth it, else you could just do a fresh installation which takes about 20mins. . . . Bottomline is, Windows 7 is really cool . . . |

In the last thre days 3 PCs in my house have been iven windows 7, Please upgrage or use custom installation, Anyone dosent matter but bottomline is use Windows 7 its the best, You sill enjoy it |

Ok, this is a somewhat academic question - why do you all like it? Is it because it is the latest and greatest from Microsoft or did it fulfil some need that XP or Vista could not. So far i have only seen that the user interface is better. What about all your programs? Do they work with Windows 7 or do you need to upgrade? Thanks D |

[color=#990000][/color]@poster,its just awesome,all dose nonsense xp does lyk if a file misses,it wont boot,it cant hap pen in win7 and u have 2 upgrade some of ur programmes,4 me,it was only daemon tools i had 2 upgrade. |
