It depends on the school you applied for during predegree because it's easier than Jamb because most schools set their questions based on what they taught you. Secondly some schools consider pedites than jamb especially if the performance is high coupled with the fact that their school fees isn't cheap.

after a person finishes pre degree program will that person still write jamb and post utme??

They only write jamb and their final exams but depends on schools. It will be fair if they are exempted from post utme examination since they have written their final exams
