THE Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, has denied saying that the Federal Government will ban the overseas production of Nigerian movies and music.

Mohammed noted this on Tuesday evening while reacting to an outcry by artistes over reports saying he hinted at the ban when he visited the headquarters of the Copyright Society of Nigeria in Lagos.

During a briefing at the end of a two-day Creative Industry Financing Conference, with the theme ‘Financing the Film, Television and Music Industries,’ held at Eko Hotels, Victoria Island, Mohammed said FG would not tamper with the aspirations and rights of the artistes and producers.

Back and front government. I was elated when the news broke out, it would have given a platform for check and balances because artists won't just go back folding their arms acting like the news would go well without a verbal battle.

Remove the log from your eye before stretching your hand to remove that of your brother'.

If politicians are paid with citizens tax money then they 'must' receive all medication in Nigeria.

Every employment in Nigeria must be of Nigeria certicates. Foreign is not accepted for employment.

All political head must drive in Nigeria cars no import.

Every engineering contract must be given to a Nigerian.

Anybody born outside Nigeria is not qualify to vie for any political position or perform in governmental functionaries.

No import of cars, food, clothes, And total ban in the use of foreign currency in Nigeria.

Then we can talk on the ban of foreign production in Nigeria music and video.

Nonsense government!!! They are not even sure if they are in power.
