Acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo on Thursday presented a virement proposal of N135.6bn to the National Assembly.

The money is meant to cover projects in the Ministry of Works, Power, Housing and many MDAs.

Osinbajo signed the 2017 budget which was transmitted from the National Assembly to the Presidency at the Presidential Villa, Abuja last month.

So far the funds will be used appropriately.
I can see why the presidency requires a budget supplement,if the senate tampered with the distribution of funds in the main budget.

Fashola and money, his ministires are yet to exhaust the funds appropriated to them in this year's budget, they have not even disbursed a reasonable percentage and he's already demanding for more funds, last year of all the heavy funds appropriated to his ministries, no positive impact was felt by the citizens, he even did not have the capacity to utilised the funds appropriated for the second Niger bridge, wonder why they appointed a lawyer to head three core technical ministries, it obvious he's a misfit and a square peg in round holes.
