How to properly adjust your headrest:

1 – The centre of the headrest should be slightly above the top of the ear OR at least as high as the top of the head.

2 – Ideally, the distance between the headrest and the back of the head should be between 5 and 10 cms (2 and 4 inches) abd you may have to shift the angle of your seat to a more upright position to achieve this.

Proper positioning of the headrest can mitigate damage to your spine via whiplash in the event of a rear end collision.

1 - Purchase good quality tyres of the correct size, speed and load rating for your vehicle.

2 - Try to replace all 4 tyres at once. This may be costly but it is safer. If you do choose to only replace 2 tyres, place the new tyres on the rear axle to give you better control.

3 - Do a regular check for cuts, holes, embedded stones, etc., at least every few days.

4 - Get the tyres balanced after you fit new ones to prevent uneven wear. 

5 - Do a monthly tyre pressure check when the tyres are cold. 

6 - Inspect the wear of the tyre tread regularly. Worn tread on new tyres may be an indicator of a problem, and you should have the car checked by a mechanic.
