I know there's a specified number of senators and honourables in our National assemblies, why are there many empty seats during each plenary section? The vacant seats always out number the occupied seats.

majority of the lawmakers, doesn't know why they are in that hallowed chamber. some are afraid of speaking English, while others feel inferior to speak publicly; ask the other 2 SINators and all hor members from Cross River.
