I know there's a specified number of senators and honourables in our National assemblies, why are there many empty seats during each plenary section? The vacant seats always out number the occupied seats. |

majority of the lawmakers, doesn't know why they are in that hallowed chamber. some are afraid of speaking English, while others feel inferior to speak publicly; ask the other 2 SINators and all hor members from Cross River. |
