I'm thinking of changing my wardrobe, I work in construction so i'm interested in looking serviceable but still snazzy.

I'm thinking more of kristen bell's kind of dressing in 'when in Rome' shirts, waist coats and kitten heels, shoes with comfy kinds of heels, great pants and skirts too.

I really dont like markets though if i knew a place where i'd get a large percent of what i want without wasting too much time, or doing too much legwork,, i'll be fine,

Any recommendations? Shops, none too pricey Boutiques, I really need to look good this year.
