The famous metal band, Linkin Park has suffered a major loss as their lead vocalist and frontman Chester Bennington committed suicide on 20th July. The singer is survived by six children with two wives and has been regarded as one of the biggest influences in the music industry since years.
His death has certainly shocked the whole world as the band recently released their best album, "One More Light" in March 2017.
Bennington was born on 20 March 1976 in Phoenix, Arizona and had been a victim of child abuse. Before joining Linkin Park, the artist formed a band named Grey Daze in 1993 and released three albums with them. He left the band in 1998 and auditioned to join Linkin Park in 1999, and the rest is history.

According to TMZ, the singer apparently committed suicide by hanging himself at a residence in Palos Verdes Estates in L.A. County.
The body was discovered in the morning.


Chester's was discovered in the morning on Thursday just before 9 am.
He has struggled throughout his childhood.

The singer was under the influence of drugs and alcohol for years and had even stated on record that he had considered suicide many times in the past.
Bennington has six children.


Chester has six children from two wives. He married Talinda Ann Bentley in 2005 after his divorce from Samantha Marie Olit.
He committed suicide on his friend's birthday.


Chester was a great friend of Chris Cornell who died earlier this year by committing suicide. Chester hanged himself on the birthday of Chris. It is still unknown whether the death of Chester is related with Chris' or it is just a coincidence.
Linkin Park recently released their album One More Light.


The band released the album, and since the release, the band has left the world talking about their enormous talent.
The band was scheduled for a North America tour.


Linkin Park was scheduled for a massive tour that would've started on 28th July and ended on October 22 in California.
