Err... No. A mini flat has a sitting room, a bedroom, a kitchen, toilet and bathroom while a self contain has a room(serving as both a sitting room and bedroom), kitchen, toilet and bathroom. The sitting room and bedroom is separate for the former while it isn't for the latter.
