2. Abu Umama narrated: "The Messenger of God said, 'Everyone that God admits into paradise will be married to 72 wives; two of them are houris and seventy of his inheritance of the [female] dwellers of hell. All of them will have libidinous sex organs and he will have an ever-erect penis.' "
Sunan Ibn Majah, Zuhd (Book of Abstinence) 39.

This paradise looks too enticing to be true o.

Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting.

"Better" here is what you are saying.

Allah has willed the reward for the believers to be better than that of this world and He has power to do all things.

The reason why alcohol is prohibited in this world is because negatives outweigh it's positives in this world, enmity and transgressions its stupor cause are some examples.

As you can see, the Quran immediately negated those negatives in the verses you quoted, so it's pure good.
