So many ignorant comments, so little understanding.

Every single country of the world seek for FDIs. Even the US as the biggest economy in the world still seek for FDIs. In fact the US is the largest receiver of of Foreign Direct Investment in the world. Britain is planning of bringing FDI to us through our power and oil and gas sectors and some kids here are shouting enslavement. Can Nigerians alone provide the investment to develop these sectors? Would we prefer the Chinese or the Russians to invest in these sectors instead of the British? Foreign Direct Investment is coming from Britain you're complaining. FGN seeking for external loans you still complain. Yet, you complain of lack of development and lack of jobs. Will the investments needed to develop the country fall from heaven?

Fact is you don't have to complain about everything, sometimes just ignore what you have little or no understanding of.

Willing to Invest?

Observing till I see real life investments in this sector from the British Investors.

#Atiku2019

I hope you realize that by 2019 Atiku would be about 73 years old. undecided

There is nothing wrong if Nigeria has President who is less than 50 years old...in fact that is what we should aim for if we want real progress in this country!

Why is Britain not wanting to invest in the Agricultural sectors in Nigeria.

They prefer the oil and gas business because it is ready-made profit they are looking for? ehn!

There are big land in northern Nigeria, Britain should go and invest in the northern part of Nigeria.

The role of Britain and the Dutch of the Netherlandse is well known as their activities through Shell in Ogoni land has resulted in serious environmental degradation of the peoples land.

Ogoni land is not fertile today, they can not fish, because of the activities of the oil companies in Ogoniland, their once rich fertile land has been completely destroyed.

Why the money or proceeds from oil exploration has been use to develop Abuja and other northern states in Nigeria.

The northern part of Nigeria highly need British investment. Britain should go and invest in Kano state, Kaduna state, Bauchi state, Kebbi state, Zamfara state, Borno state, Jigawa state etc.

So that the mindset of the average northerners and their political leaders in the north will change. With sufficient British investment in the northern part of Nigeria, the average HAUSA/FULANI will begin to believe that there is AGRIC-DOLLARS in their land they will loose interest in the riches of the south and then concentrate in their own region.

We have had enough of British investment in the Southern part of Nigeria. It is this socalled British investment that is making the HAUSA/FULANI refuse RESTRUCTURING because Britain is clinging their mindsets towards the oil resources of the southern part of Nigeria.

The federal government focus should be on Agriculture as the oil business is dying down because of the fall in price of crude oil yet the British is coming with a distraction that our government should neglect Agriculture and keep investing in oil and gas.
