How many good full backs do u think he needs to play well in both champions and premier leagues next season? I believe he needs at least 3, and that is what he has just gotten now.
Or have u forgotten that all his full backs left this summer?

Gundogan was a part of the squad before his injury,
zinchenko was loaned out for development, moreno was never part of pep plan but rather man city football group which owns more than three different clubs.. Pep may not win league because it's almost practically impossible to change a full squad and win league same season but man city will do better than last season. Pep was brought in to revamp the club,thats exactly what he is doing, man city released all four full backs at end of season so it's only natural to reinforce in those areas,

With all the money spent, I can bet that Pep will go trophyless again, I'm not even afraid of City, their defence is still flawed, cos if he plans on using stones and Ederson, that comes out at any given chance, they are gonna concede well next season, and this Mendy, his strength is that he can cross, not sure about his defensive qualities.

last season guardiola's defence especially fullbacks were all above 32 years and committed many blunders since they couldn't catch up with the pace of the game and everyone was like guardiola is foolish not to have signed young players. Now everyone is shouting about the money involved forgetting the fact that there is no fullbacks available in the transfer window which ill raise the price of the available ones

Yea, whether he shipped them out b/c of their expired contracts or not, fact is that they left, they ar no more in Man City and he needs to replace them. Anyway, I don't really think he's any different from mourinho that bought pogba for 89m pounds. We need to understand that the era we have found ourselves is that of outrageous buys. Na Fiorentino Perez u gats blame for that. He started all these rubbish. Now average players are being shipped to big clubs at outrageous prices.

Bravo was in good form when he bought him from barca,nolito was doing well in celta vigo before his transfer to mancity.

Pep is only buying for buying sake,next season is around the corner.
