The Allottees of lands at Federal sites and services AVU in Owerri are crying for help over the move by Rochas to take over 90hectares of lands.This land was acquired by Federal Ministry of Lands and allocated to individuals.
Sources confirmed that he want to re-allocate it to his family and friends and this a broad day robbery and corruption
At time of this report, heavy duty equipment are seen destroying fences and clearing the entire 90 hectares for his selfish interest.

There is so much frustration in Imo over Rochas’ activities in taking peoples lands and reallocating same to his family and Friends.

There are so many plots allocated by previous Government and hw will turns around and acquires same by force which they will further allocate to NEW PEOPLE. Places in minds includes Shell Camp, Arugo Layout, Redemption Estate Obinze,some lands in Nekede and Umugwuma. In some cases he redesign same allocated plots by reducing the plot sizes so as to get extra plots for himself and friends. Some people said that he allocates a plot of land for 2 or 3 people to share.
With the impunity at which he collects lands from individuals, many people are afraid of acquiring land in Imo state for investment purposes.

Source confirmed that he may be doing this in connivance with some officials of Federal Ministry of Lands.

This is fraud and should be condemned. Federal Government should call him to order since he does not obey Court

Rochas penchant for stealing people's land is getting worrisome.
