Access bank only returned 50 naira back to me ..... who do I complain to ?

It's good to see the CBN focusing its searchlight on the Banks. With all that's going on with the economy, banks should be made stopped from making things even harder for their customers.

I think it will be returned. The banks have the CBN on this case now. When the CBN barks, the banks catch cold.

I think you'll get full refunds at the end of the month. I got this message from Access Bank.

Thanks to the CBN for getting Banks to do the right thing.
