A collection of both APC and PDP governors across the six geopolitical zones together with the chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum Abdulaziz Yari are set to visit President Muhammad Buhari in London who is on medical leave for 70+ days. The governors are: a. Dave Umahi (Ebonyi) b. Umar Ganduje (Kano) c. Kashim Shettima (Borno) d. Samuel Ortom (Benue) e. Udom Emmanuel (Akwa Ibom) f. Abiola Ajimobi (Oyo) The senior special adviser to president on media and publicity Mallan Garba Shehu was quoted saying: “The visit is a goodwill visit and there is nothing more than that. “They will leave tonight, arrive tomorrow and meet President Buhari by 3pm tomorrow.” This is coming just two days after member of his cabinet, some governors and chairman of the ruling party paid him a similar visit. http://arewaonline.com/77/governor-yari-pilot-six-other |
