-how have you been chidi?


, I'm very well Stella.How have you been yourself?



-i am fine.why were you replaced as the anchor for the ultimate search?

-what is all this talk we hear about you concentrating on sex products,are you no longer an actor?tell us about the sex products and why you decided on them.you also invested in limousine rental services,tell us about this too.




, Mmmhhh Stella you have come again o! You're always hearing things. Anyways,let me dissect your questions one after the other.


intimacy gadgets.Yes, one of my companies is involved in provision of health care services.This includes sexually related 'toys' and products.Now let me start by explaining what a intimacy gadget is because when one lacks understanding of a subject there are bound to be errors in judgement.What is a intimacy gadget?


A intimacy gadget (also called 'marital aid') is an object or device that is primarily used to facilitate human sexual pleasure. Notice the deliberate use of the term 'facilitate'. To facilitate means to make easy or easier.


What this means is that for some people sex is a difficult process and as such there's a need for aids to make it a more tolerable experience. A lot of people are walking around with all sorts of sexual dysfunctions ranging from Erectile dysfunctions, frigidity, premature ejaculation, post traumatic experiences,Hypersexuality,Satyriasis,Priapism,Vaginismus, Clitorism, Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder (PGAD), Asexuality/Non-Sexuality etc. and this people walk around and go through life depressed and frustrated because of their inability to enjoy fulfilling relationships. there's also the issue of inadequate information as regards sex education, condoms, birth control, therapy for victims of rape,sexual assault and sexual violence.what my company hopes to do is to bridge the gap and fill the vacuum.


Let these people know that they are not alone.That there are other people like them and their is nothing shameful or embarrassing about their conditions.Our society has been programmed in such a way that sex and sexually related matters are taboo topics and only discussed in whispers. but u and i know that sex is arguably the most discussed topic behind closed doors in our society and i can confidently tell you that the rampant corruption, and moral decadence prevalent amongst us now can in some way be traced to our understanding (or lack of it) of sex. So our company is a platform that provides easy access to books, tapes, drugs, testimonies, techniques, games, toys, herbs, etc that help bring excitement and bonding back into the bedroom.


Let's just say we take the Slack out of the Sack!


The Renegade Group, which i over see is made up of different companies,one of which we have talked about above and another is the Renegade Security which provides specialised security and protocol services to clients who require our first class services. As part of our protocol service we collaborate with our out source partners 'Colour Varies' and 'Royal Limo' and have a fleet of jaw dropping Next generation stretch limousines at our disposal to help deliver a truely memorable experience to our clients. Having said that let me address the question of acting.I am and will always be an actor. Acting is my first love and my main constituency. It is my comfort Zone where i feel most at ease so i'm going to remain an actor till the end. Infact even when i'm old and rusty i'll still get old and rusty roles to play.The fact is that in recent times the industry has been experiencing a down time.We sacrifised professionalism on the alter of mediocrity and the industry is paying dearly for it. As a result, it has become an all comers affair resulting in the sub-standard and lack lustre productions that are now the norm. So i am very careful about the kind of jobs that i commit myself to, and it's not really about money. It's about fulfilment. I've gotten to a stage in my career where i don't need to get on tv just for the fun of being on tv.let the up and coming acts do that.


Every project that i consent to must provide both career and personal fulfilment. So while the industry is going through some restructuring, I'm also taking time to grow,position and consolidate my other interests.
-when was the last time you were in a movie? , My last movie project was in October last year.Right now i'm in the middle of discussions to make the sequel of Omotara Johnson this month.


Next month i'll be going back on set to work with one of my favourite director's Izu Ojukwu.That should have happened this month but had to be postponed because of the crisis in jos as that's our proposed location. So i'm very much available but only for serious Projects.




-you are one of nigerias hottest single men,why are you still single?




I would have been surprised if Stella did not ask this question. But the truth is a wife is not something you walk into Shoprite or Sainsbury's and pick off the shelf.I'm single bacause i'm single.Nothing deliberate.





-you have been labelled as a silent playboy who dates and drops ladies at will and you agreed in an interview once that you were a positive kind of playboy.




, stella which one is Silent plaboy again.Is there Noisy playboy?I really don't understand what you mean but i remember that 'positive playboy' headline which i think was largely misconstrued and quoted out of context. I meant by that statement that i had a lot of intimate relationships that are not sexual.Intimate in the sense that i find that so many people from around the globe reach out to me for motivation or inspiration and they connect and bond with me because we are able to talk freely about things that they 'll normally rarely share only with people with which they have sexual or familiar relationships.


So i'm able to make deep rooted connections without any one person or group claiming exclusive access to me and i said in that interview that i consider myself in that context to be a positive playboy, for want of a better term.

-you have been labelled a gigolo,want to tell us if this is true or not?




, Perception is projection Stella.So people see in others what they will be if they were in the others's shoes,even when they are not consciously aware.Everyone who knows me knows that i have Zero tolerance for mediocrity. I am always strivingto better myself and the way to do that is to surround myself with people who are operating on same frequency with me. i thrive in the midst of internally driven,positively minded and career oriented people and people who posess this qualities have something in common-They'are always successful-and believe me it will take a woman with those qualities to turn me on. So if my crime is that most of my female friends are successful and upwardly mobile, I make no apologies for that.





-you have been tagged as proudly arrogant,is this true?




, I am not arrogant.I am just a man who has been fortunate to be able to consciously appraise my seasons.So everytime you see me, you see me.and who am i?I know who i am.I know where i'm coming from.I know where i'm going to and i know how i'm going to get there.That is confidence not arrogance.And there's a thing line in between.




-do you think the press has been fair to you?




Hahahah.Mmmhh.The Press.I guess the press has reasons for doing everything that they do.The bottom line is,whether we like it or not,me and you and all of your colleagues around the world,we're stuck in this marriage together.You need me to make News so you can Write News ,so we'll always sort ourselves out. You stella,i commend you because you try to reach out and ask questions,But Of course as with all situations in life,there's always the Judas trying to run you down but they can't stop the Shining.We're too far gone now.




-i have seen several of your interviews but i have never seen where you were asked if you ever dated florence ita-giwa.they say she bought you cars and houses in lekki and that you gained materially while you dated her. do you want to delight us with the real story?






, There's no story to delight you with.I normally will not dignify wicked and malicious insinuations with a response.Let me state here without an iota of doubt in my mind that i have very high regard and respect for Senator Ita-Giwa.I am and will always be a big fan of hers.


This is a woman who has continuosly served and earned the goodwill of her people for over two decades.This is a woman who performed rare feats riding on the back of the opposition and rising from the house of reps through the senate to holding what i think is the highest office to be held by a nigerian woman under two successive presidents,and instead of celebrating her, some disgruntled elements try to trivialise the issues.Abeg talk better thing.





-there are some talks about your sexual preference chidi,people keep hinting that you are bisexual,do you think your dressing has to do with the talks? you shave your eyebrow and wear eyeliner,why?






, Here we go again.I am an actor Stella and by virtue of that i have the creative liberty to shave my eye brow, wear lipstic, wear eyeliner, colour my hair,do dreadlocks or koko waves or perming or jerry curls or whatever else that tickles my fancy in the pursuit of absolute characterization for my roles.And now we are talking about me Chidi Mokeme GQ,being Bisexual.hahahahaha.Abeg make i laugh.


My Sexual orientation is crystal clear.Like i say people are constantly trying to define other people and put them in boxes with recognisable labels. When they find that you are seemingly immune to the kind of shortfallings and drama playing out in their own lives they try to concoct stories to comfort themselves. Truth is people need to really define what they want and where they stand.You see in the course of this one interview we have discussed "Serial Lover", "Silent Playboy", "Gigolo", "Gay/Bisexual" all of this extreme compulsive sexual orientations and we're talking about Only Me.Does it make sense?


Damn, I must be some kind of Super Alien from Space with no preferences.


Like i said, it all boils down to people trying to bring me down to a fathomable and explicable level.


Unfortunately the haters will never be able to figure me out because i'have become an Enigma to them.They just have to get used to me being around.Their lack of understanding of who i am does not,cannot, and will not in any way diminish my total understanding of who i am.

, I'm just a very self motivated regular guy with irregular ideas about how to live a fulfilled life in this regularly irregular world.



-are you in any altar bound affair as we speak?




, Now that is something Olofofo's wish they knew answers to. They have guessed and failed and guessed and failed and guessed and failed.Let's keep them guessing.





-what qualities would make a lady your ideal woman?




, A woman who is confident and focused. A woman who is congruent with her self and God.





-you are a good dresser chidi and your style is constant,what inspires the kind of clothes you wear?




, The first rule of dressing up for me has to be comfort.If you feel comfortable,you'll act comfortably.I believe strongly that image and appearance is everything.


There's no Second chance to make a first Impression.My Philosophy is that to achieve personal and career growth and development, people,irrespective of what industry they are in, need to dress and look the part.Once you do that you'll feel and act the part, and then you're on your way to being the part.The human body is conditioned like that.




-your son is almost 10years old now,are you a part of his life?does he watch your movies?




My Son will be 12years this year so be careful because he wouldn't like you playing down his age like that oh. He's a Bigz Boyz now.He's got his whole life ahead of him and if he wants that discussed on the pages of magazines that will be up to him not me,untill then,let's leave him out.



-do you have any words for your fans out there?




, I always have words for my fans because without them there is no me.The problem is there's not enough space here to say it all.But i'll like to say to my fans that this is the year that the Lord has made.
