Reducing the age is good but the required academic qualifications should be increased to do away with Stark illiterates occupying strategic leadership positions whether by elections or appointment while encouraging the desire for knowledge in our youths e.g diploma/NCE for councillors, HND/BSc for chairmen n above with a minimum of 2nd class lower/lower credit or their acceptable equivalent, buhari has open our eyes to so many things.

I think we should learn to appreciate some few things happening, if they don't do this, we will still complain. Must we complain or disagree with everything?
