A Law Firm Situated at Ikosi-Ketu, Lagos is in need of a competent secretary/receptionist.

The role of the secretary shall include the following:

Managing diaries and making appointments
Booking rooms and travel arrangements
Preparing and distributing papers and documents for meetings
Taking minutes
Dealing with post
Drafting letters and other documents, such as PowerPoint presentations
Maintaining filing systems
Attending to visitors
Answering the phone and answering queries
Photocopying and printing
Using various computer packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

The person must:

1. Possess HND or BSc
2. Not be less than 25 years
3. Have between 0-2 years experience
4. Reside around Ketu, Ojota, Ogudu and its environs.
