Hey peeps.Please I need your constructive advice on this issue that has been troubling me since I started my fast. I am on a seven day fast(7). I'm in day five now. But I have been trying to quit cigarette smoking but its been difficult. I have been smoking while fasting..please I need your advice on this issue plus is my fasting a waste? |
