.

Looking at it critically

OPTION 1: Govt bail dem out
CONSEQUENCE; Bokoharam members will hav mre money to feed nd buy ammunition for extra months nd kill mre people greater dan 3

OPTION 2 : Govt refuses to bail them out
CONSEQUENCE: They die but Bokoharam members suffer frm shortage of food nd ammunition nd can't afford to kill as many people as de would kill in option 1

MY PROFESSIONAL ADVICE :
1. Govt should nt bail dem out
2. Govt should compensate their families for the honorable sacrifice made to d country
