Leicester City boss Craig Shakespeare is hopeful a deal to bring Kelechi Iheanacho to the club can be completed soon.
It was reported earlier this month that a deal for the Manchester City striker had been ‘agreed in principle’ for a fee that could rise to £25m.
Finalisation of the deal was reportedly being held up by contractual issues, including the possibility of a buy-back clause and a dispute over Iheanacho’s image rights.
