Nnewi High Court recognised APGA National Chairman, Ozo Victor Oye has slated August 15 for his party's primaries election.

Oye disclosed this to some journalists at his Amawbia residence yesterday.

Meanwhile, the Federal Appeal Court recognised National Chairman of APGA, Ochudo Martin Agbaso is yet to fix a date for APGA primaries.

While Oye parades himself as APGA National Chairman under the cover of a state high court judgement, Ochudo Agbaso has legal backing of the Appeal Court.
Oye faction has only Obiano as their guber aspirant while Agbaso camp has two governorship aspirants. They are Dr Elo Afoka and Pharm. Chris Orazulike.
APGA Interactive Forum Media Group investigation reveals that Oye camp abused court processes to secure the two kangaroo rulings from Nnewi and Awka High Courts on Friday, in order to create legal confusion thereby believing that INEC will adopt its 2010 dispute resolution approach where the judicial confusion between Victor Umeh and Chekwas Okorie leadership tussle forced the electoral body to handover the party's nomination forms to the then BOT chairman of APGA, the late Dim Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu.
Oye camp however failed to accept the fact that with the ruling of the Appeal Court Enugu on July 13, 2017 setting aside the stay of execution against the order of mandamus recognising Agbaso as the authentic and only National Chairman of APGA has nullified all their kangaroo charade at the state high courts.
As the two camps set for their primaries, all eyes are on INEC on how the Commission will handle the legal abracadabra in APGA.
