Without giving details of when exactly he would arrive or his mission in Lagos, Radio Biafra announced on Facebook that the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu would be arriving “Lagos soon”.

They wrote, “we shall shut down Lagos, expect Nnamdi Kanu soon.” : http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2017/07/we-shall-shut-down-lagos-expect-nnamdi.html

We are expecting you. This will be another great opportunity to sacrifice some stubborn Biafran goats to the gods of iron and thunder. It's been so long that Biafran goats were sacrificed. After three million were sacrificed between 1967 and 1970, the gods of the land are thirty for blood again.
