A Swedish man who has been craving to increase the size of his penis because of humiliation died duringa recent penis enlargement surgery performed at a private plastic surgery clinic in Stockholm, Sweden, the Journal of Forensic Sciences reported.

The surgery which was considered a safe procedure, involved transferring unwanted fat from the patient’s belly to his penis.

This marks the first known death from penis enlargement surgery, the journal reports.
